StPlayer

The world of media players is getting bigger and bigger. That's because new applications for playing media files are launched every day. Still, many of these programs don't offer support for the large number of formats available today and also they don't offer all the features required by the computer user. On the other hand, some media players are too complicated and include a lot of useless features. StPlayer is one of the programs which offer exactly what the user wants, all in a very simple and intuitive interface.

The installation wizard of StPlayer can be completed fast and easy, as it resembles a typical Windows installer. After the program has been installed and launched, the user can easily add media files to its interface by using the right click context menu. The program supports a wide range of video and audio formats and allows adding more files at the same time and playing them automatically, one after another. By accessing the button located in the right part of the interface, the user can activate a menu which contains different tabs. One of them displays all the added media files using a playlist. The user can save the playlist as a file, for using it in other media players, like Winamp.

Using the options section, one can customize the opacity of the player's interface and he can also choose the background color. A feature that makes StPlayer different from other media players is the possibility to use shortcut keys for controlling most of the program's features. Other players use shortcut keys for controlling only some of the options.
